John Alberts is an experienced educational administrator who works with Experience Dynamics as organizational development director. He manages content creation and instructional design to help users navigate the platform without issues. His present position builds on more than 15 years of leadership responsibilities with a Minnesota public school district.

As executive director of the district's organizational development and administrative services, Mr. Alberts guided the HR department and oversaw contract negotiations. He stayed informed of the evolving legal landscape and guided those impacted. He also managed employee discipline and ensured principals had the district's support in wide-ranging disciplinary matters. His responsibilities extended to overseeing federal grants.

Mr. Alberts is a University of Minnesota graduate with a BA in English and psychology. In the early 2000s, he was a language arts teacher and taught high school courses focused on British literature. John Alberts also worked as an assistant coach for soccer, cross country, and debate clubs.
